Key Responsibilities

• Support business growth through sales activities, market development, and client coordination

• Assist in handling domestic and international customers for industrial raw materials

• Provide professional customer service, technical assistance, and operational support

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients

• Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Finance, HR, and Operations

• Prepare reports, market data, and support senior management in business planning
