Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review all quality and technical requirement before start bulk.
∎ Correcting pattern if need before bulk with getting support with sample.
∎ Making mock-up if need for simplifying critical operation.
∎ Solving all the technical issues in sewing floor.
∎ Monitoring operation bulleting, measurement chart, swatch card and any related files to assure the best method on the floor.
∎ Alerting in all production drop places and quality problem areas due on technical reason and involve on the spot to solve the issues.
∎ Feed the sewing line (major and measurement).
∎ Assuring with authorizing all floor pattern and measurement.
∎ Identifying training requirement from the floor.
∎ Prepare the pilots samples based on plan
