• Strong knowledge of international trade, import/export procedures, and customs regulations.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.

• Ability to work independently and lead a sales team.

• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Strong professional network in shipping & logistics industry will be an added advantage.

• Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air & Sea).

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, agents, and business partners.

• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with clients.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

• Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present to management.

• Lead, motivate, and guide junior sales staff.
