∎ Minimum 3 years of relevant work-experience in a bank/financial institutes/leasing and 2 years of experience in business.
∎ Adequate knowledge about financial markets products and services.
∎ Knowledge on Trade Services including Import, Export & BGs including Loan Syndications.
∎ Past-due Management & Circulars for Loan Rescheduling, Provisions.
∎ Strong credit knowledge and marketing skills.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office/ Excel/ Power Point Presentation.
∎ Minimum 3 years of relevant work-experience in a bank/financial institutes/leasing and 2 years of experience in business.
∎ Adequate knowledge about financial markets products and services.
∎ Knowledge on Trade Services including Import, Export & BGs including Loan Syndications.

Responsibilities & Context:

∎ Help to manage the Audit & Risk Control Standards associated with the product & sales of SME-Medium business. Ensure adherence to applicable rules and regulations of both internal policies and BB policies.
∎ Help to manage the Audit & Risk Control Standards associated with the product & sales of SME-Medium business.
∎ Monitor the SME –Medium Business. Responsible day to day existing account renewal, enhancement, portfolio management issues, develop new business to enrich the portfolio and peruse growth opportunity and increase wallet -share of existing business and visit stock of every client once in a quarter.
∎ Negotiate with customers in order to add good quality assets to the bank’s portfolio. Improve portfolio profitability by earning more fee based income.
∎ Develop strong working relations with clients to ensure strong customer satisfaction.
∎ Proactively use financial analysis skills to identify the capital market needs of the client.
