Experience:
• Strong knowledge of labor law, HR systems, compliance, and industrial relations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office
Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Ensure alignment with Bangladesh Labor Law, BEPZA regulations, and international buyer compliance standards.
Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Partner with factory leadership and production teams to support operational efficiency through people management.
Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and internal investigations in line with company policies.
Coordinate audits and maintain proper documentation related to workforce compliance (e.g., SEDEX, BSCI, Accord, WRAP).
