Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, training, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

  • Ensure alignment with Bangladesh Labor Law, BEPZA regulations, and international buyer compliance standards.

  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.

  • Partner with factory leadership and production teams to support operational efficiency through people management.

  • Manage disciplinary processes, grievances, and internal investigations in line with company policies.

  • Coordinate audits and maintain proper documentation related to workforce compliance (e.g., SEDEX, BSCI, Accord, WRAP).
