Experience:
Diploma/ BSc. in Mechanical Engineering.
Diploma/ BSc. in Electrical Engineering.
Train, supervise mechanics and support staff, monitor their performance, and manage work schedules and assignments.
Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
Interact with customers, provide advice, manage complaints, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Manage inventory levels for parts and equipment, place orders, and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Manage departmental budgets, monitor expenses, and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
Conduct spot checks on completed work to ensure high-quality repairs and minimize comebacks.
Strong technical and mechanical skills, including knowledge of diagnostics and equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership abilities to manage staff and customers effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot mechanical issues and resolve customer concerns.
The ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with financial management, budgeting, and inventory management.
Proven knowledge of Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PPT, Browsing, etc.)
