Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Organization Development/ Process Improvement, Training & Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design, plan, coordinate, facilitate and conduct in-house training and staff development programs and activities aligning with the business priorities and strategic goals.
∎ Conduct training needs analysis and develop appropriate plans and programs in consultation with the different Unit Heads to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the organization.
∎ Evaluate training program's effectiveness in terms of employee accomplishments and performance.
∎ Provides coaching, developmental support and guidance to new joiners / employees acting as a resource person as needed.
∎ Consult with Unit heads and departmental heads and other key stakeholders to identify and anticipate learning needs of front-line to senior level employees.
∎ Develop strategies in the change-management area.
∎ Establish benchmarks and best practices for facilitation with goal to deliver high impact learning solutions.
∎ Plan and arrange training as and when required by hiring external resources.
∎ Identify needs based on individual development plan, performance review and job analysis in consultation with the departmental heads.
∎ Plan and design annual training calendar and arrange training program as per plan.
∎ Assist Line Manager in preparing annual training budget.
∎ Conduct orientation sessions for new joiners, and coordinate induction program.
∎ Develop a culture of learning and growth, with a specific focus on developing a Proactive Culture.
∎ Work closely with various units to facilitate changes in the culture and structure of the workforce.
∎ Assist Line Manager to implement performance management system across the group.
∎ Assist Line Manage to apply change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by an initiative.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The job holder must be an MBA in HRM having 5-8 years of work experience in Learning & Development / OD in reputed organization.
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Presentation skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel, Visio; PowerPoint etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated.
∎ Inter-personal skill.
