∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ability to Work Under Pressure, good communication skill, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production monitoring with proper production plan,
∎ Proper maintain of product order & delivery schedule,
∎ Proper maintain driver & vehicle schedule
∎ Look after & take care of raw material & finished product's order, receive & entry,
∎ Special take care of return & damage,
∎ Proper maintain & balance packaging item's stock & order,
∎ Monitoring sub-ordinates work schedule(need to check their files and all other Activities) like-Production In-Charge, QC, Delivery In-Charge, Outlet-In-Charge, Store Keeper, Other officers etc.,
∎ Check necessary Document like production report, Product Test report, ISO, HAACAP, Daily report etc.
∎ Need to attend weekly HOD meetings.
∎ Need to make weekly report for higher management according to daily and weekly activities.
∎ Need to visit all outlets every week,
∎ Need to arrange monthly Outlet's In-Charge meetings.
∎ Monthly sales analysis and send the report to Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
∎ Experience of working within a team
∎ Awareness of Health and Safety rules and regulations
∎ Experience of working towards quality standards
∎ An ability to achieve Basic Food Hygiene and HACCP qualifications
