Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc./B.Sc. in EEE/CSE/CS/Applied Physics and Electronics or equivalent academic degree in a relevant field.
∎ MBA along with other relevant advanced certification will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support availability of IT systems and infrastructure at agreed and expected performance level.
∎ Provide assistance in disaster recovery planning and data security to ensure data restoration after any disaster to facilitate business continuity.
∎ Check, maintain and ensure network security and network management along with installation, configuration, troubleshooting DHCP, exchange/web/ftp/database server under windows/Linux.
∎ Provide effective support to IT Users in ACME as and when required to ensure smooth internal IT system management.
∎ Ensure optimum level of user satisfaction in terms of internal service providing as well as troubleshooting.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong Leadership capability, analytical ability, behavioral skill and IT infrastructure skill in the context of both Internal & external environment with minimum 5-7 years of work experience.
∎ In depth technical knowledge on IT especially on VPN, LAN, WAN, CISCO, DBA, DC, DR etc.
∎ Excellent written/oral communication skills (both English and Bangla) with strong analytical, strategic thinking, organizational, interpersonal competencies with commendable negotiation skills.
∎ The incumbent should be self-driven to work under pressure, result oriented with 'can do' attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
∎ Age limit is within 35 (thirty five) years. But it may be relaxed for qualified & experienced candidates.
