∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ *Basic understanding of network administration, servers, and databases.
∎ *Familiarity with common IT hardware and software platforms (Windows, Linux, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
∎ *Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
∎ *Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
∎ *Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The role of the position is to assist Head of IT time to time regarding networking and hardware related issues.
∎ *Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of the organization’s network, servers, and other IT systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
∎ *Provide day-to-day technical support to employees, addressing hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
∎ *to help in managing user accounts, permissions, and access control for various software systems and internal tools.
∎ *To assist in procuring, installing, and configuring new IT equipment and software to meet business needs.
∎ *To maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT systems, procedures, and configurations for future reference.
∎ *Regularly monitor system performance and prepare reports on the health and security of the IT infrastructure.
