Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IP telephony systems, including IPBX, VoIP infrastructure, and related hardware/software.
Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for enhanced efficiency, quality, and reliability.
Manage IP telephony-related projects such as new system deployments, migrations, and integration with other communication systems.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect IP telephony infrastructure from threats, including unauthorized access and data breaches.
Provide training and support to end-users on IP telephony systems, covering features, best practices, and troubleshooting.
Handle multiple customer accounts efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
