  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the IPTSP industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in IP Networks, Security, Linux/Unix systems Administration, and VM for managing and configuring IP telephony servers.
  • Networking Expertise: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and VLANs.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Experience with Asterisk dialplan, E1, PRI, SS7, DTMF, Codec, SIP, RTP, FXO, FXS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IP telephony systems, including IPBX, VoIP infrastructure, and related hardware/software.

  • Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for enhanced efficiency, quality, and reliability.

  • Manage IP telephony-related projects such as new system deployments, migrations, and integration with other communication systems.

  • Implement and maintain security measures to protect IP telephony infrastructure from threats, including unauthorized access and data breaches.

  • Provide training and support to end-users on IP telephony systems, covering features, best practices, and troubleshooting.

  • Handle multiple customer accounts efficiently, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
