Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA/ M.Com (Finance & Banking/ Accounting) from any reputed University with good academic result.
∎ CA (CC) or CMA partly qualified will be preferred.

Job Context:
∎ People`s Leasing and Financial Services Limited (PLFS) is a publicly listed Non Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) established in 1996 under Companies Act-1994 and within the ambit of Financial Institutions Act-1993.
∎ To meet the company`s present need we are looking for experienced, energetic, result oriented and self motivated candidate to serve the company.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To develop, implement and maintain audit plan, audit program, audit schedule based on risk assessment in line with standard audit policies and procedures in accordance with local and international best practice and guideline from management and regulator.
∎ Responsible for conducting Internal Audits and presenting of Audit report & compliance report to Audit Committee/ Board.
∎ Managing External & Internal Audit and Bangladesh Bank Inspection.
∎ Maintain compliance on Core Risk Management guidelines as set by Bangladesh Bank.
∎ Identify and assess areas of significant business risk and keep constant follow-up audit findings.
∎ Address issues relating to the work of Risk, Legal, Compliance and other control related activities.
∎ Conducts risk assessments and provide update on risk management status to the management.
∎ Execute Internal Audits on regular basis as per plan, policy & strategy approved by the Audit Committee and prepare & submit reports on time.
∎ Ensure adequate and effective internal control system and assist the Management to formulate pertinent policies and operational procedure of the company.
∎ Recommend security measures to prevent fraudulence and risk-reduction solution.
∎ Implement best audit and business practices in line with applicable internal audit statements.
∎ Identify and reduce all business and financial risks through effective implementation and monitoring of controls.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 05 (five) years practical experiences in ICCD in any Bank preferably NBFI. Experience may be relaxed for extra-ordinary candidate.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
∎ Able to excel in high-pressure situations.
