Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting routine evaluations of network and data security
∎ Locating and seizing chances to enhance and update software and systems
∎ Performing routine system audits
∎ Running routine system operations reports and sharing them with top employees
∎ Organizing and establishing deadlines for major IT projects such system updates, migrations, upgrades, and outages
∎ Looking for opportunities to train and build teamwork skills
∎ Plan and oversee the installation and maintenance of computer systems, hardware, and networks
∎ Assist the IT department head with leading and training IT staff
∎ Develop and implement policies related to network security, disaster recovery, and IT infrastructure
∎ Analyze resource utilization and develop strategies to optimize performance
∎ Establish, measure, and define IT goals and maintain an IT roadmap
∎ Monitor and analyze the success of IT initiatives and projects and continually develop and evaluate new technologies and tools for the company
∎ Perform ongoing support and maintenance of all hardware, software, and network components
∎ Must have good knowledge of Apple Notebook and iPhone.
∎ Have to work with Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Pro-active, smart, enthusiastic and career oriented
∎ Excellent interpersonal, team building and oral and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization in a multi-cultural environment.
