Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring workplace engineering in the cutting, sewing & finishing.
∎ Identified value added and non-value added activities.
∎ Find out bottle neck route cause analysis. Prepare cause and effect diagram.
∎ Reduce 7 wastage.
∎ Implement IE concepts in the work place.
∎ Study / analyze the system gap and lead event to contentious improvement
∎ Find out scope of opportunity for improvement
∎ Prepare projection of reducing cost and increase efficiency.
∎ Identify wastage and eliminate on regular basis.
∎ Standardize every steps work in the manufacturing process. Lead and help production department to achieve target.
∎ Provide cost effective production system to the floor.
∎ Check and finalize machine lay out plan as well as target.
∎ Ensure most effective, easier and economy method of work in process.
∎ Achieve capacity plan target and reduce target.
∎ Eliminate unnecessary effort and excess OT and minimize cost and maximize output.
∎ Skill inventory of operator and prepared a database for TNA.
∎ WIP control, monitoring and report making and improve overall productivity.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced in woven manufacturing unit will be given preferences
∎ Strong communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Must have good knowledge in computer application packages (Especially in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
∎ Willing to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
∎ Self-Motivated, Self Driven with the capability of multitasking.
