Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Science (MSc) in Statistics, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Studies/Science, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: HR Certification or Post Graduate Diploma in HRM will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, hr analytics

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relation, HR and Payroll, HRIS/ HR Database Management, Organizational Development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chemical Industries, Group of Companies, Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Compensation & Benefits:
∎ Assist in developing HR Budget as per the annual HR strategic plan.
∎ Maintain cost center-wise budget allocation and reporting to maintain consistency in Payroll admin.
∎ Review the current payroll process and propose a control-based payroll administration.
∎ Assist in designing company wage, salary structure and pay policies including monthly salary, variable pay, allowances, bonuses, increment adjustment etc.
∎ Ensure all pay practices are compliant with the company policy and maintain necessary approval for all adhoc payment related to Payroll Management
∎ Ensure all payment report security and confidentiality by maintaining well documentation.
∎ Ensure managing necessary internal audit of all payments (i.e., Annual Leave Encashment, Festival Allowance, Employee Loan Management, PF Accounts etc.) and cheque accountability with zero error.
∎ Facilitate tax calculation (as per Tax Rules), and annual loan statement letter (if any) to each employee to update the Payroll reporting and necessary accounting reconciliation.
∎ Ensure coordination with all benefits administration stakeholders (i.e., Group Health & Life Insurance, Bank Payment etc.)
∎ Keeping employee-wise leave records and other activities records
∎ Report all payroll activities with a disciplined plan to the Head of HR on a monthly basis.
∎ Submit monthly Payroll compilation report in line with the annual HR budget
∎ HR Operations & HRIS:
∎ Ensure the design of the employee life cycle and its related process with proper documentation.
∎ Provide assistance in capturing all employee information in employee personal file and facilitate service book
∎ Understand all HR function process domains, reporting requirements, workflow and provide insights into planning, and developing HRIS.
∎ Develop necessary guidelines for HRIS software that meet the organizational necessities and ensure paperless HR administrative outcomes.
∎ Assist in designing & implement HRIS to promote unbeatable employee experiences to create the organizational image as the "Employer of Choice".
∎ Organization Development and Learning & Development:
∎ Provide support to set departmental and individual goals through KRA-KPI or BSC Method for the respective year
∎ Execute quarterly, half-yearly, and yearly performance appraisals and follow up feedback with Individual development plans (if any) and succession planning.
∎ Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths, performance reviews, and consultation with HODs.
∎ Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
∎ Prepare a yearly training plan based on TNA and effectively manage the training budget.
∎ Facilitate different soft skills and hard skills training & Orientation

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Highly numerical and meticulous in detail and advanced level Proficiency in MS Excel Training facilitation skill exposure could be given preference on bringing result through managing change.
