∎ Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Analysis manpower, monitor manpower requirement as per approved manpower plan & subsequent recruitment, selection & placement.
∎ Prepare job description and specifications for the entire department (Job Analysis).
∎ To arrange orientation program for newly joined employees.
∎ Responsible for monthly payroll of the plant.
∎ Coordinating the FFS (Full & Final Settlement) of employees who have been separated.
∎ Responsible for Grievance handling and mange any internal and external dispute with the company as per Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 & Rules 2015.
∎ To establish & foster healthy relationship between employee-employee, employee-management and employee-employer.
∎ Coordinate and monitor all others HR activities of the organization. Ensuring training facility to factory compound.
∎ Solve any disputes that arises in the factory on a priority basis. Arrange recruitment of factory workers and organize the training accordingly.
∎ Coordination Admin Manager to ensure overall factory’s housekeeping service, security, canteen and dormitory management and related inventory management for tools and stationaries.
∎ Report to supervisor about all HR issues as per prescribed format
