Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop, update, and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards, local regulations, and applicable labor laws.
∎ Provide support, including overseeing the implementation of any compliance requirements and monitoring and updating any existing policies or procedures.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to develop practical procedures that enhance the impact and effectiveness of HR policies
∎ Responsible for designing, developing, publishing, and implementing policies and procedures to support ongoing transformative initiatives across organizational practices.
∎ Document and maintain organization-wide standard operating procedures (SOPs) and business rules to ensure consistency and support efficient business operations
∎ Design systematic feedback mechanisms to evaluate policy impact and effectiveness, and create processes for updating policies to ensure they align with evolving organizational goals and needs.
