Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan, organize, manage, control and review the development, administration and implementation of Bproperty Service Rules in line with Company standards, business strategy and regulatory standards;
∎ Ensuring practices and procedures comply by keeping updated on Bproperty Service Rules and external labor & industrial laws of Bangladesh;
∎ Recording & managing disciplinary issues, in line with Labor Law practices;
∎ Review HR policies and procedures manual and on boarding documents for the assigned business line to ensure they are up-to-date and consistent with HR Service Rule book;
∎ Ensure efficiency, accuracy and streamlining all processes for effective delivery of HR operations;
∎ Manage different end to end process like employee confirmation, transfer & promotion, employee separation and clearance, etc;
∎ Establish, review and maintain operational procedures & improvements in HR metrics in accordance with company’s requirement & best practices;
∎ Maintain & update HR internal database & HRIS software;
∎ Manage expatriate travel administration and management;
∎ Oversee new hires and guide the HR teams to ensure mandatory documents are properly obtained from employees;
∎ Perform any other work as per assigned by the top management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good Verbal & Written Communication Skills;
∎ Sound knowledge of applicable laws including but not limited to Bangladesh Labour Act;
∎ Must have a great analytical skill and able to perform sensitivity and fairness reviews on big data platform;
∎ Strong organizational skills. A ‘we’ before ‘I’ attitude;
∎ An ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines;
∎ A collaborative spirit, being able to work comfortably in group settings;
∎ An ability to work efficiently under pressure. Raise the bar for how efficient HR operational excellence;
∎ Excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills;
∎ Superior computer and data entry skills and competent in work with MS Excel (Spreadsheets environment);
∎ Capable of working with minimal Supervision, honesty, record keeping skills, follows instructions well;
∎ Familiar with HR Operations Software. Strong attention to detail;
∎ Multi-tasking abilities and ability to work on a deadline;
∎ Exit modules- employee separation and clearance;
∎ Documentation & Record keeping- HR Database & HRIS software;
∎ Manage expatriate travel administration and management;
∎ Attendance, Roster & Leave Management.
