Process Discipline: Strong governance mindset (cut-offs, validations, exception logs), meticulous document control, clear versioning, and reproducible workflows.
Compliance & Ethics: High standard of confidentiality/data privacy; working knowledge of Bangladesh payroll practices, taxation touchpoints (at a summary level), and standard C&B policies.

Job Context
MTB Group Human Resources is seeking an experienced professional to operate and improve Compensation & Benefits (C&B) processes in a digital, data-driven environment. Scope includes employee loan programs (e.g., House Building Loan, PF loans, and other employee loans), payroll and benefits governance, support for review cycles/benchmarking, and audit-ready documentation. The role emphasizes accuracy, confidentiality, clear communication, and alignment with Bangladesh practices and regulations.
Responsibilities may include:
Employee Loans (HBL / PF / Other) — Consolidated: Manage the full lifecycle for employee loans—policy application, eligibility and limit checks, approval routing, documentation completeness (including securities where applicable), disbursement readiness, repayment schedules, restructuring/closures, and case-level status updates; maintain clear guidance notes/FAQs and provide timely employee communication.
Payroll Governance & Controls: Ensure cut-off readiness; perform maker–checker validations for inputs (earnings, allowances, approved adjustments); maintain exception logs; complete post-pay checks with retrievable documentation.
Benefits Administration: Manage enrollments/changes (health/insurance/other benefits); publish concise guidance; respond to employee queries with timely, professional communication; maintain confidential records with version control in HRIS/shared drives.
Review Cycles & Benchmarking: Prepare consolidated packs for job evaluation, banding, and salary reviews; run structured benchmarking comparisons; size financial impacts; format decision sheets for management.
Policy, SOP & Communication: Keep C&B policies/SOPs/FAQs current (including loan procedures); standardize templates and practical process improvements; draft clear communications on timelines and updates.
Compliance & Readiness: Keep C&B and loan files audit-ready (checklists, approvals, logs); support internal/external reviews and close observations within agreed timelines.
