Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Implement the core HR practices under company policy to ensure professional HR services and continuously review the best practices.
∎ Develop & ensure job description and setting KRA, KPI to implement KPI based Performance management system for aligning with organizational goal.
∎ Ensure that all key HR functions (E.G. Recruitment, Succession Planning, HR Development, Leave Management, Payroll, Benefits, Performance Management, Separation etc.) are effectively running to ensure proper HR management implementation & execution.
∎ Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development Monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.
∎ Monitor payroll policy to ensure salary, wages and attendance system properly through software (SAP).Liaise with other functional / departmental head so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purpose and achievements.
∎ Maintain awareness and knowledge of latest HR development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization.
∎ Monitor, evaluate and update internal training activities and explore external trainers and training organizations for employee capacity development. Initiates for the learning & development activities to develop skill & competency to subordinates and other employees of the organizations.
∎ Ensure activities meet with and integrate with Labor Law & organizational requirement for quality management, health and safety, legal requirement, environmental policies and general duty of care.
∎ Plan for employee's performance appraisal; develop tools for appraisal, job evaluation and development.
∎ Handle the grievance and disciplinary issues smoothly and ensure proper discipline in the organization.
∎ Develop and maintain healthy relation with Government and Non-Government Organizations for better and fast functioning of organization.
