• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Engineering
• Master of Science (MSc) in Fashion Designing
• Master of Science (MSc) in Textile Engineering

• Age 32 to 42 years

Strong understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and grading.

Good communication skills in English and ability to handle buyer communications independently.

• Lead the product fit and construction process from development to bulk production.

• Review, analyze, and approve garment fits, patterns, and measurements to ensure buyer standards.

• Conduct fit sessions with sample garments and provide corrective comments to the sample and pattern teams.

• Work closely with the design, pattern, and sample departments to ensure accurate fit and styling.

• Maintain measurement specifications, grading, and technical packs for all styles.

• Communicate fit comments and approvals with buyers/merchandisers in a timely and professional manner.

• Monitor sample quality and provide technical support to resolve fitting or pattern issues.

• Guide junior fit technicians and ensure adherence to brand technical requirements.

• Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure bulk garments maintain approved fit and measurements.

• Ensure compliance with buyer technical manuals and internal SOP’s.
