Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed University.
∎ Post graduated & MBA from any reputed University will be preferred.
∎ Post Graduate in Supply Chain Management would be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining store ledger.
∎ Performs work generally recognized as Store Executive in store room areas located in maintenance bases and line operations including receiving, issuing, provisioning, checking, classifying, inventorying, record keeping and storing of materials.
∎ To maintain proper records in file up of medical disposable items received from local vendor, make GRN, issue to all department by online requisition.
∎ Check opening Stocks as per Report on daily basis specially running items.
∎ To ensure safe keeping both as to quality and quantity of medical disposable materials.
∎ Issue/ deliver and record keeping of supplies, reagents & promotional materials.
∎ Preparing purchase requisition/order processing.
∎ Co-ordination with Laboratory, store and Accounts and other departments.
∎ Any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 34 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience of working in store dept. in Pharmaceuticals /lab industry will be considered as added trait.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Store/Supply chain/ Cost & Budget.
∎ Must be ambitious and energetic.
∎ Must be proactive.
∎ Excellent negotiation skill and sound knowledge in store management, costing, budgeting, Tax & VAT etc.
∎ Able to carry out any other job assigned by the Head of Finance.
∎ Analytical abilities, creativity, innovative ideas and a self-driven attitude; should possess a strong presence of mind combined with problem solving and decision making skill.
