Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation from any reputed University.
∎ Candidates obtaining an MBA from any reputed university will be preferred. Candidates with part-qualified ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualifications will be given preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintaining the general ledger in accounts
∎ Manage and review billing processes (accounts payable and receivable).
∎ Prepare the bank reconciliation.
∎ Maintain receipts and payment vouchers, a cash book, and different registers for finance and accounts.
∎ Check daily expenditures, vouchers, and requisitions.
∎ Maintain all account books, registers, ledgers, etc.
∎ Entry of all kinds of accounting adjustment transactions in the database
∎ coordination with the laboratory, store, accounts, and other departments
∎ Prepare monthly salary statements and arrange salary payments to the staff.
∎ Manage and disburse cash.
∎ Any other Finance and Accounts-related tasks as assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ A fresh graduate without experience can apply.
∎ 01-02 Years Experience of working in Financial Control Dept in Pharmaceuticals /lab industry will be considered as added trait.
∎ Must be ambitious and energetic.
∎ Must be proactive.
∎ Able to carry out any other job assigned by the Head of Finance.
∎ Analytical abilities, creativity, innovative ideas and a self-driven attitude; should possess a strong presence of mind combined with problem solving and decision making skill.
