Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Full TimeEstablishing SOP in each and every operation. Monitor and to ensure fabric Planning and organizing production schedules considering target delivery dates by assessing the capacity of the Production unit. Ensure Finished Fabrics support to Garments Division as per garments line plan. Coordinate with the Merchant Team to set fabric projection. Responsible for ensuring the execution from planning to on-time delivery for each and every order by maintaining the highest degree of quality. Regular Monitoring follow-up of Production considering quality parameters. Ensure Quality Issues in the early stage of Production. Direct monitoring of the Dyeing Batch Plan. Maintain a healthy atmosphere with Management to deliver high-quality goods on time. Supervise Lab Functionality, Testing Results, Approvals etc. 11. Prepare Production Reports with projections on a regular basis and report to the management.
