Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good command in the production of Acrylic / Polyester yarn dyeing & related products.
∎ Be responsible for the day-to-day operation, maximize the quality of production by ensuring the most effective and efficient use of manpower and machinery.
∎ Formulates production strategies and action plans for smooth operation of the production unit.
∎ Minimize various production defects/errors to ensure the best product quality for our valuable customers.
∎ Adequate knowledge of in-house laboratory testing, preparation of daily dyeing plan and daily production monitoring.
∎ Ensure In time dyeing & delivering all styles & samples as well.
∎ Must be expert in the special finishing process & all kinds of Acrylic/Polyester based dyeing process.
∎ Optimum use of manpower, machine, and equipment.
∎ Analytical skills on dyeing, finishing & quality issue. Communicating with the concern department to get Yarn approval.
∎ Follow-up on machinery maintenance schedule.
∎ Any other tasks, assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good command in Computer applications (MS Word, Excel, Email)
