∎ B.Sc in any discipline from any reputed Institution.
∎ B.Sc in IPE/ ME from public university will get preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Injection Molding Machine, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Production planning, execution and proper utilization of raw materials.
∎ Allocate operators, workers to prescribed area and deliver target with accountability.
∎ Take production target & achieve production target as per cycle time of each mold/mc.
∎ Control inventory of all accessories, raw material & WIP at the production floor.
∎ To do perform with all risk factors & take initiative to prevent.
∎ Maintain Software & make sure of physical stock in the same number.
∎ Keep process rejection/wastage to the target level given by direct manager.
∎ Monitoring all activities of production floor from production to delivery.
∎ To overlook manpower controlling and utilization.
∎ Rejection minimization.
∎ Raw material and accessories planning.
∎ Increasing Productivity and cost control.
∎ Any other job related task as assigned

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience in Injection Moulding Machine Parameter setting, Mold loading/Unloading & able to take Shot and start production by itself.
∎ Strong knowledge on Mold, Raw materials & processing will get preference.
∎ Self driven, Young, Energetic, Smart, able to take challenge.
∎ Ready to perform shifting duty.
