Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to interviewing candidates.Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements.Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and recommend hiring decisions.Manage on-boarding of new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
