Responsibilities & Context:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers.
Provide timely updates to customers regarding project progress.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and prompt resolution of concerns.
Conduct regular follow-ups to understand customer experiences and address any issues.
Review and verify building layout designs in alignment with customer expectations and project plans.
Monitor interior design implementation to ensure it matches approved specifications.
Identify and report any project issues or deviations from the plan to relevant departments.
Maintain a systematic daily follow-up schedule with customers to monitor progress and satisfaction.
Document customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
