Responsibilities & Context:
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the company and customers.

  • Provide timely updates to customers regarding project progress.

  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and prompt resolution of concerns.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to understand customer experiences and address any issues.

  • Review and verify building layout designs in alignment with customer expectations and project plans.

  • Monitor interior design implementation to ensure it matches approved specifications.

  • Identify and report any project issues or deviations from the plan to relevant departments.

  • Maintain a systematic daily follow-up schedule with customers to monitor progress and satisfaction.

  • Document customer concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
