Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise the team to ensure customer satisfactions.
∎ Standardization of work process.
∎ Enhance team performance as well as conducting team building and training programs.
∎ Lead & solve CSEs' critical internal & external issues.
∎ Escalate critical matters to top management.
∎ Ensure on time PI done & credit recovery within deadline.
∎ Meetings the key vendors to review performance as well as critical matters.
∎ Any other task as and when required by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Knowledge in MS Office.
∎ Proficient in English & Bangla.
∎ Strong Communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Good planning an organizational skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 45000 (Monthly)
