Job Context:
∎ Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer needs and develop customer satisfaction as priority.
∎ Job Location: North Badda (Dhaka)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and ensure day-to-day functions related to the OPD & IPD patient's need.
∎ Maintain and establish good communication with consultant, patients and others client.
∎ Record and maintain all receipt & payments in appropriate log.
∎ Maintain and scrutinizing software procedure in all receipt and payments in billing department.
∎ Cross check the inputs related to all charge slips to patient accounts from all channel.
∎ Report to the authority the turnover related to OPD & IPD patients account.
∎ Utilize all material of front desk, reception and billing department effectively and efficiently.
∎ Secretarial functions as necessary or directed.
∎ Assist in reconciling statements as directed particularly in dues collection.
∎ Assist in standardizing the methods in which work will be accomplished.
∎ Assist accounts department in preparing financial and statistical reports particularly related to consultants and take initiative and address issue related the authority.
∎ Monitor and collect accounts receivables. Report delinquent accounts to the authority.
∎ Complete all Medicare billing forms and preserve relevant back-up information required.
∎ Liaison with clinical staff to process their correspondence and compile all appropriate patient information.
∎ Deal with sensitive medical information and maintain confidentiality.
∎ Comply with any other assignment as instructed by the authority.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 14 years
∎ At least 2years in Asst. Manager Position (Hospital Experience is Preferred)
∎ At least 3 year in hospital reception and billing.
∎ Positive attitude
