Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise and guide assigned costing executives to ensure timely and accurate outputs.
∎ Perform costings for assigned factory development styles and product lines.
∎ Attend development meetings and review tech packs for construction feasibility.
∎ Validate SMVs and proposed sewing constructions for accuracy and efficiency.
∎ Ensure machine availability and method feasibility before production execution.
∎ Identify and recommend method improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Standardize SMV calculation methodology and maintain the central SMV database.
∎ Coordinate with factory IE teams to ensure seamless cost-to-execution alignment.
∎ Conduct factory visits to resolve costing issues and monitor implementation.
∎ Train junior team members on GSD (UK) and costing best practices.
∎ Support the Manager – Costing with reporting, analysis, and strategic input.
∎ Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
