Job Responsibilities:
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ • Should have proven knowledge to face audits BSCI, SEDEX, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, Hig Index, OMEGA, LFMEAB for different kinds of buyers
∎ • Practice Compliance as per Bangladesh Labor Law and company internal policies
∎ • Develop strategic policies & procedures in the aspect of Compliance issues.
∎ • Ensure 100% implementation of Labor Law 2006 and Update amendment of Labor Rules
∎ • Evaluate training needs and manage training programs to build a competent workforce.
∎ • Facing world-renowned buyers audits and preparing the Corrective Action Plan (CAP) against audit reports.
∎ • Map the security plan for the entire unit and ensure the security section is working efficiently to provide full security
∎ • Interact with factory floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware on maintaining better compliance standards.
∎ • Planning, developing, updating and implementing different policies and procedures pertaining to the strategies of Compliance.
∎ • Preparing the different complying issues with the COC of the different buyer with a view to face different compliance audits (Social, Technical, Security & QMS) etc.
∎ • Responsible for ensuring healthy workplace and maintaining efficient operation of Safety, Hygiene, and Environment.
∎ • To ensure the overall Factory safety system.
∎ • To coordinate Compliance, HR, Admin, and Production departments during a compliance audit.
∎ • Monitor & Supervise policy development & documentation.
∎ • Lead a team of compliance personnel in regularly inspecting multiple factory premises and proactively identifying all compliance lapses and taking measures for their rectification.
∎ • Correspond with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed.
∎ • Handling all types of Social/ Environment/ Technical/ Fire & Safety/ Chemical Safety/ Building & Electrical Safety/ OCS, GOTS, and others certification Audits.
∎ • To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per buyer COC & legal standards
∎ • Work to ensure good health and a safe environment in the workplace in all aspects of compliance including OSH, Chemical, fire, and electrical.
∎ • To take the necessary initiative to remedy all non-compliance findings consecutively
∎ • To maintain a relationship with workers between management to avoid any grievance
∎ • To prepare & update all compliance-related documents/registers as per the buyer's requirement
∎ • To monitor daily workers' safety issues about health & safety, Fire safety, Accident & rout case analysis
∎ • To arrange training such as Orientation, Health & Safety, Fire Training, First Aid, MSDS, Security Awareness training, etc. effectively
∎ • To arrange all kinds of the meeting (Compliance Issues), makeup to date the registers
∎ • To assist in ensuring a comfortable environment at the workplace

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ A minimum of 5 years of working experience at the Compliance Department.
∎ Candidate should have strong knowledge and working experience in BSCI, SEDEX
∎ Candidate should have strong knowledge of Labor Laws, Legal Compliance/ Code of Conduct, Compensation & Benefits, and Training & Development of different sectors.
∎ Candidate should Have the ability to Monitor all administrative & HR functions of an export-oriented factory to detect breaches of compliance and take immediate appropriate action.
∎ Candidate should be able to Organize and lead the HR & Administration team effectively related to personnel, recruitment, training, procurement, salary compensation & benefit, disciplinary procedure, performance appraisal and official support.
∎ Candidate should be able to Arrange Fire & Safety, Security and Company Law Training, maintain employee benefit and personnel record with regards to compensation, health and medical insurance, and other state and government regulations.
∎ Outstanding communication skill and interpersonal abilities.
∎ An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skill.
∎ Candidate should be able to communicate fluently in English and Bengali.

Salary: Negotiable
