Brand Strategy & Positioning
Build and maintain a clear brand identity (purpose, voice, visuals, messaging).
Define target customer segments and value propositions for each product line.
Create brand guidelines and ensure consistency across packaging, website, social, and retail.
Lead product storytelling that highlights craft, heritage, materials, and makers.
Corporate Sales & Business Development (New Added Section)
Develop and execute a B2B sales strategy to target corporate clients, institutions, and organizations for bulk orders (e.g., corporate gifting, uniforms, event merchandise).
Identify and reach out to potential corporate partners through networking, cold calling, and LinkedIn to generate B2B leads.
Build and maintain strong relationships with procurement heads, HR managers, and key decision-makers of top corporate houses.
Prepare and pitch commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to corporate client needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals while maintaining profit margins and ensuring timely delivery of bulk orders.
Collaborate with the product team to develop customized solutions or merchandise for specific corporate requirements.
Marketing Planning & Campaigns
Create the annual and quarterly marketing plan, with budget and channel mix.
Plan and execute launches, seasonal campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.
Run 360° campaigns across social, email, website, PR, influencers, events, and retail.
Brief creative work (photo/video/design/copy) and manage production timelines.
Digital Growth & Performance
Own performance marketing (Meta/Google/TikTok or relevant), including targeting, creatives, and ROAS.
Improve the e-commerce funnel: traffic → conversion → repeat purchase.
Drive SEO/content strategy (blogs, landing pages, product pages, story pages).
Build lifecycle marketing: email/SMS flows, loyalty, win-back, and retention programs.
Community, PR & Partnerships
Develop influencer/creator programs (micro to mid-tier) and manage seeding kits.
Build PR strategy: media outreach, press kits, features, and brand events.
Create partnerships with retailers, lifestyle brands, NGOs, or cultural platforms when relevant.
Represent the brand at fairs, exhibitions, pop-ups, and buyer meetings.
Leadership & Stakeholder Management
Manage and coach team members (content, design, digital, trade marketing, sales executives).
Manage agencies/freelancers (creative, media buying, PR).
Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics to ensure promises match reality.
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Brand: Aided/unaided awareness, share of voice, PR mentions, sentiment.
Growth (B2C): Revenue, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase rate, LTV.
Corporate Sales (B2B): Total corporate revenue, number of new corporate accounts acquired, B2B lead conversion rate, and repeat corporate orders.
Content: Engagement rate, follower growth, email open/click rates, CTR.
Retail/Events: Footfall, leads, wholesale inquiries, event sales.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar (MBA is a plus).
8–12 years in branding/marketing and business development, with 3+ years leading teams and budgets.
Experience with consumer brands (D2C, retail, lifestyle, fashion) and proven track record in B2B/Corporate Sales.
Proven track record running brand-building, performance marketing, and closing high-value corporate deals.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage key accounts.
Skills & Tools

Paid media basics (Meta/Google), analytics, experimentation mindset.
B2B Sales techniques, Lead Generation, and CRM management for corporate clients.

Reporting & Work Setup
Reports to: Managing Director
Works closely with: Product, Factory team, Sales Team, E-commerce, Retail/Wholesale, Production, Finance.
Location: On-site (with travel to workshops, events, corporate client offices, and retail partners as needed).
