Experience:
Masters/MBA from a reputed University.
Having Post-Graduation Diploma in HRM will be preferred.
Competent in verbal and written communication in Bangla and English.
Working experience in any reputed Garments manufacturing industries.
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Compliance.
To ensure the factories always prepared/ ready for following audits like, Social compliance audit, Technical/ Quality Assurance audit, Security System audit, RSC audit etc.
Supervise and monitor health & safety, occupational health & safety, overall factory security, security and fire safety as per legal requirement.
To have sound knowledge and capable to handle audits ( BSCI,WARP,SEDEX, GRS, GOTS, RCS, OCS, GMP and different buyers’ Technical audits)
Capable to prepare CAP( Corrective Action Plan)
To ensure 100% implementation of buyer`s COC, Labor Law 2006 and Labor Rules and amendments.
Carry out regular Internal Audit at factory in a certain interval based on Company COC and other audit COC (i.e. amfori BSCI COC, WRAP COC, ETI Code etc.), put up recommendations, follow-up for implementation, and provide reports to higher up.
Find out any non-conformity in relation to compliance and make sure that those findings are resolved in a systematic and planned manner.
Capable to organize and handle LEED Green project in a compliance manner.
Assist in developing, implementing, maintaining, and reviewing company policies, rules, and regulations in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
To adopt, maintain and implement environmental, and chemical standards such as, the Higg Index for the sake of the organization in a sustainable manner, etc.
Ensure non-discrimination in course of employment, paying/providing wages/salary/benefits/ facilities/welfare.
Ensure that no force employment occurred in the factories.
Ensure that employment of no child/child looking workers are in practice.
Collect and maintain regulatory documents relating to labor ordinance, occupational health & safety and social responsibility etc.
Experience on handling ACCORD (RSC), DIFE inspections and implementations.
Conduct disciplinary and domestic enquirers ensuring maintenance of proper procedures according to company policy and compliance with related Labor Laws.
Capable for any others task assigned by the management.
