Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide day to day Administration and General Services to all the departments relating to Logistics, Office Administration, Housekeeping, Transport and Catering.
∎ Ensure Safety, Security and Safeguarding Protocols across the organization & Support Security Department in their day-to-day activities.
∎ Maintain the daily vehicle movements.
∎ Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including procurement, maintenance and vendor management.
∎ Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
∎ Coordinate with departments to ensure efficient workflow.
∎ Implement security protocols to protect company assets and personnel.
∎ Conduct risk assessments and security audits regularly.
∎ Oversee installation and maintenance of security systems.
∎ Develop and implement crisis management plans and protocols.
∎ Conduct drills and training sessions for emergency preparedness.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
∎ Supervise security personnel, including recruitment and training.
