Education:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in HRM / Master of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM .

  • PGD in HRM from BIM will be given preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation of new hire packets, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring completion of necessary paperwork.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR database, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and answering employee questions regarding benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements, such as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and company regulations.
  • Assist in addressing employee concerns and issues, acting as a liaison between employees and management to foster a positive work environment.
  • Support the performance review process by helping to coordinate and track evaluations, providing necessary forms, and assisting with follow-up actions.
  • Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops, ensuring employees have access to necessary development opportunities.
  • Generate regular HR reports, such as employee turnover rates, headcount, and other key metrics, for management review.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing HR-related documents and correspondence.
