Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in website management and digital content writing.

The Digital Communications & Web Officer will be responsible for managing and maintaining the official website and digital communication platforms of Kumudini Welfare Trust of Bengal (BD) Ltd. The role includes creating, editing, and publishing accurate and ethical content related to the Trust’s healthcare, educational, and social welfare activities, while ensuring timely updates, data security, and alignment with the Trust’s mission and values.
Develop and manage and maintain of the Official website of Kumudini Welfare Trust and its sister concerns.
Ensure regular updates, smooth functionality, and uninterrupted accessibility of the website.
Monitor website performance, security, backups, and system updates.
Write, edit, and publish original content related to all the health care service and educational institutions of the Trust.
Ensure high-quality content in both English and Bangla, maintaining clarity, accuracy, and professionalism. Maintain user-friendly website navigation, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
Coordinate with relevant departments and business concerns to collect and verify information.
Ensure all digital content aligns with the Trust’s brand identity, mission, and public service values. Maintain ethical standards and sensitivity while presenting institutional and public information.
Assist the office of Managing Director with digital communication, report preparations and presentations.
Maintain proper digital records and content archives and website update reports.
