Education:
∎ Masters with MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM)
∎ Minimum an extra relevant training or professional degree like PGDHRM with 9 years total job experience in which 3 years in Managerial / HoD position.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and administrate full spectrum of Core HR & Admin functions which includes Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Employee Relations, Employee development, Compensation & Benefits aligned with the overall business strategy.
∎ Oversee and administer human resources programs, including disciplinary issues, maintain grievances, leave, attendance, morale and recognition, workplace health and safety.
∎ Stay updated on the best regulatory measures, practices, and new technologies in human resource management, labor law 2006, talent management and acquisition and apply this in-depth knowledge to communicate any alterations in policies, practices, and resources to senior management.
∎ Ability to Lead a Team of HR & Admin Professionals, be an inspirational leader to support all relevant Core HR and Admin Functions.
∎ Prepare Annual HR  Budget and ensure proper cost management.
∎ Ensure appropriate reward and recognition as well as engagement program to ensure optimum employee engagement level;
∎ Implement policies, rules & regulations, norms and make sure that the environment of the company is safe for employers and employees.
∎ Guide the training team on conducting proper TNA & rolling out of required number of training with external and/or internal resource persons in the most effective manner.
∎ Assist / participate in designing / formulation of Policy / upgrade (SOPP) according to Bangladesh Labor Law and yearly Amendment of Human Resources Management.
∎ Maintains a pay plan by monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
∎ Work to review / change processes for the betterment of the employee and management.
∎ Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
∎ Ensure the personnel management from maintain the personal file to all documentation of the employee.
∎ Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
∎ Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR and administrative systems and practices.
∎ Create an environment of continuous improvement using the Total Productive Maintenance Methodology.
∎ Must manage the payroll and HRIS (Human Resource Information) system of the company.
∎ Perform other duties as per the requirements of the organization.
