Education:
∎ MBBS and MD/FCPS with Minimum 4 years' experience/training in Pediatric & Neonatology Department.

∎ Medical degree in Pediatric & Neonatology and the successful completion of a residency and fellowship.
∎ A license and certification to practice neonatology.
∎ A willingness to work long hours and remain on-call for emergency situations.

∎ Strong dedication and motivation for helping newborn infants.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible to implement total clinical activities of the Pediatric & Neonatology department under a consultant.
∎ Responsible to manage and support all related clinical activities in the department in absence of consultant.
∎ Reporting of clinical activities and submit report to the Co-ordinator.
∎ To supervise the patient scheduling, medical records and data entry.
∎ Attending the round with consultants.
∎ Assessing the babies in Emergency and admitting them if needed.
∎ Resuscitating the babies after birth in NICU Sick babies
∎ Doing different procedures punctures, ET intubations, Umbilical catheterization, Arterial Line, taking Arterial blood for blood gas analysis, intravenous cannulation, Inserting Oro-Gastric Tube, Catheterization etc.
∎ The procedure always requires discussion or the presence of the Consultant and Coordinator.
∎ Service delivery through good relations with patients, respect for the patient's right, good relations with colleagues; and observance of professional ethical obligations
∎ .An adequate assessment of the patient's condition, based on the history and physical examination.
∎ To provide for appropriate investigations and appropriate treatment and to keep clear, accurate, medical records about the relevant clinical findings.
∎ Modifies daily plan of care.
∎ Writes daily progress notes.
∎ Obtain and document informed consent.
∎ Order appropriate referrals.
∎ Prepare an appropriate discharge summary.
∎ Job Context: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric & Neonatology Specialist to join our BSH team who will monitor Pediatrics & NICU/PICU dept. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in diagnosing and treating a wide range of childhood illnesses, from minor health problems to serious diseases.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
