Education:
∎ Master's degree with an MBA (HRM) or a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). A Diploma in HRM will be an added advantage.
∎ At least 7 years of experience in relevant field, with 2 years in a leadership role as an Assistant/Deputy Manager will be considered for Manager or at least 6 years of experience, with 2 years as Assistant Manager in relevant field will be considered for Deputy Manager post.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Summary : Bangladesh Specialized Hospital is seeking a highly qualified and experienced professional for the role of Manager/Deputy Manager - Training & Development. This position focuses on creating and managing employee development programs aimed at enhancing the skills, knowledge, and competencies of hospital staff. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in hospital or healthcare training environments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care through effective employee education. The role involves close collaboration with medical and administrative departments to design and deliver training programs that align with the hospital's standards and regulatory requirements.
∎ Candidates with healthcare or hospital-specific experience in Training & Development will be given preference.
∎ Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess and identify training needs specific to hospital staff, including medical, nursing, and administrative teams.
∎ Develop and implement training programs focusing on healthcare competencies, compliance with medical regulations, and patient care standards.
∎ Work closely with department heads to ensure training programs align with hospital policies and healthcare regulations.
∎ Design and deliver training materials such as medical manuals, procedural guides, and regulatory compliance handbooks.
∎ Organize and facilitate training sessions using a mix of methods such as classroom, virtual sessions, and hands-on clinical coaching.
∎ Implement and evaluate assessment tools to ensure training effectiveness, particularly in improving patient care and operational efficiency.
∎ Maintain up-to-date training records for all hospital employees, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
∎ Manage training logistics, including coordinating with external healthcare training providers and ensuring medical equipment is available for practical training.
∎ Lead initiatives on continuing medical education (CME) and professional development for healthcare workers.
∎ Develop an annual training budget that aligns with hospital goals.
∎ Provide soft skills training for both clinical and non-clinical staff to improve communication and patient interaction.
