∎ Maintenance of the HR database involves data entry and record updates.
∎ Issuing ID cards, increment letters, promotion letters, and transfer letters requires adherence to approved templates and policies.
∎ Keeping a Bio-Metric database for insurance purposes involves securely storing biometric data.
∎ Preparation and issuance of letters for outgoing workers necessitates proper documentation and clearance procedures.
∎ Proper documentation of personal files and records of employees involves organizing and maintaining physical or electronic files.
∎ Ensuring compliance with local laws regarding attendance reports, leave records, salary, and OT sheets requires meticulous record-keeping.
∎ Preparation of salary sheets, pay slips, and bills involves accurate calculations and document generation.
∎ Arranging training programs for workers and staff on various topics requires identifying training needs and designing relevant modules.
