Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and ensure that any directly relevant information is communicated to key stakeholders.
∎ The role shall also support in planning that entails the forecasting of business based on prescription growth and category & brand promotion to arrive at overall revenue impact
∎ Utilizes analytics tools and works with the analytics team in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities to management
∎ Responsible for implementing sales strategies that further the department's agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business. An optimized market mixes relative to the core target consumers and identifies the roadmap
∎ Constantly interface with key stakeholders like Area sales leads, sales manager, customer to develop the right strategy to generate demand and deliver strategic plans for the company
∎ Teamwork / Collaborative Working - ability to establish professional relationships and rapport with internal and external peers and management
∎ Lead the sales team to achieve the target by ensuring sales & collection
∎ Monitor day to day activities, assist and supervision of the zonal sales managers
∎ Understanding of sales force effectiveness tools & reports
∎ Organizing and controlling area sales staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained to meet the sales target and that they carry their responsibilities to the required standards.
∎ Using expertise, experience and managing the departmental calendar with regard to trading priorities, inclusive of launches, promotions, exclusives, and campaign activities.
∎ Developing necessary procedures and processes to ensure that the sales force operates efficiently and effectively and achieves all sales objectives.
∎ Change Ability - Tactical ability to respond to changes in the environment and take mid-course corrective actions
∎ Strong Coaching Skills, Influencing Ability, Interpersonal skills
∎ Set individual sales targets with sales team
∎ Monitoring the performance of sales staff and take remedial action when necessary to ensure that the sales target is met.
∎ Monitoring the sales performance of competitors to ensure that the company maintains and develops its competitive position.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Willing to travel all over the country for business purpose
∎ Minimum 5-8 years experience in leadership role.
∎ Candidates from Multinational Organizations will get preference
∎ Applicant must have good interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Applicant should be dynamic, self-motivated and organized with a positive attitude.
