Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, Studying, and collecting data to determine costs of product/ business activity.
∎ Analyzing data collected and recording results to calculate various overhead, labor and other factor of production rates.
∎ Profit Center wise managerial accounting report
∎ Monthly and yearly financial statement preparation
∎ Monthly Profit center wise KPI Report preparation
∎ CVP analysis (Monthly & Annually)
∎ Job Closing, Pre-Costing & Post-Costing
∎ Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on cost.
∎ Using the accounting system to review and test all functions related to costing modules to get more effective and effective results and reduce errors.
∎ Analyzing actual manufacturing costs, trade cost and preparing periodic reports comparing standard costs/ budgeted cost to actual production costs.
∎ Overseeing recording cost information for use in controlling expenditures.
∎ Making estimate of new and proposed product costs.
∎ Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
∎ Suggest spending improvements that increase profit.
∎ Actively working with the Inventory Team, other accounting managers, and accounting staff to develop and operate standard period-end closing schedules and desk procedures.
∎ Monitoring and tracking of offsite inventory balances and sales activity. Collaborating with the Innovation/ Process Improvement team to develop a system solution for tracking the inventory.
∎ Coordinating with each department related to budgeting processes.
∎ Preparing the overall annual Company budget.
∎ Analyzing Company's financial performance compared with the budget and prior period.
∎ Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports to be compared with the budget, together with variance analysis
∎ New product price estimation & costing.
∎ Productivity, Efficiency and wastage reduction report preparation.
∎ Material, labor and overhead variance analysis.
∎ LC wise landed cost preparation.
∎ Work to reduce costing & increase profitability.
∎ Supervise production & inventory accounting and variances analysis
∎ Monthly MIS report submit to management.
∎ Providing management with reports specifying and comparing factors affecting prices and profitability of products or services.
∎ Remain up to date with industry best practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2 years relevant experience for Executive & 5 years relevant experience for Sr. Executive of accounting & budgeting & costing in a manufacturing industry is mandatory.
∎ Knowledge about Textile/Dyeing & Printing/Garments factory; Composite Export Factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Strategic Planning, Product Costing, Budgeting Accounting.
∎ Business data analytical knowledge
∎ Proficient in the use of ERP/ Tally.
∎ Self -Motivated, Result Oriented and an effective team player.
∎ Good communication, planning, decision making and knowledge of problem-solving techniques.
∎ Good command of both written and spoken English
