∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
∎ Skills Required: Budgeting, Microsoft Office Suite, Presentation Sklls
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and manage the established QA/QC program & ensure compliance to QMS program.
∎ Review and establish best quality production schedules to ensure operating at the highest possible efficiency.
∎ Establish and maintain standard level of inventory in order to smooth delivery within scheduled time.
∎ Make annual operating plan by considering optimum utilization of plant capacity.
∎ Ensuring all consultant and sub consultant work according to the project quality management program.
∎ Issuing Nonconformity Report (NCRs) to the Management to reduce non-conforming work or processes.
∎ Costing check of new product, PQC chart making, bench marking Product & submitting report.
∎ Receiving product complain & taking corrective action to resolve those issues.
∎ Apply Six Sigma 20 Tools for solving problems & improving process in faster & more efficient way.
∎ MSDS, SOP & all QC inspection sheet check.
∎ Maintain minimum level of breakdown, optimum level of inventories spare parts with right qualities & specifications.
∎ Ensure 100% product quality and optimum cost of maintenance as per budget.
∎ Remove waste and constraints from the production process to improve efficiency and enhance productivity.
∎ System develop and maintain of process for proper yearly business plan.
∎ Achieve optimum employee levels, least amount of overhead & raw material costs to meet annual budgetary plan.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Experience with Local giant conglomerate, Plastic Industry, Multinational company
∎ Practical knowledge on 7S, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), KAIZEN practice at factory level and implementation process.
∎ Have knowledge on SCM Management, ISO 9001-2015, ISO 14000, MS Office etc.
