Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Control/ Audit
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The applicant should have sound knowledge of the H&M's Quality Management System (QMS).
∎ Responsible to work for continual improvements towards full and sustainable compliance with the H&M quality requirements.
∎ Establish H&M's Management System (PDCA) in all units.
∎ Maintain the following documentation as per the requirement of H&M. Such as:
∎ - Organization chart with a clear delegation of responsibilities.
∎ - Job descriptions.
∎ - Training related documents etc.
∎ Arrange required QMS training for all staffs on regular basis.
∎ Increasing commitment and involvement of all employees for understanding the QMS system and its benefit.
∎ Conduct periodical QMS audit on regular basis.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 36 years
∎ Computer Literacy is a must, especially in the office package.
∎ Leadership Quality with a positive attitude & having the ability to take decision independently.
∎ Organizing & Managing ability with problem-solving & analytical skills.
∎ Strong communication abilities, in Bengali and English, both oral and written.
∎ Should be a team player having good interpersonal skills.
Salary: Negotiable
