• Age At most 55 years
• Only Male

• Lead and oversee all operations of the company including production, R&D, washing/laundry, supply chain, and export management.

• Spearhead the adoption of innovative and sustainable laundry technologies (e.g., laser, ozone, e-flow, hybrid photovoltaic systems).

• Ensure quality and compliance with international buyer standards, and maintain long-term customer relationships.

• Strategically reduce cost, improve wash processes, and enhance productivity across all departments.

• Develop and manage high-performing teams through effective training, talent development, and leadership.

• Optimize internal and external load control, production planning, and efficiency monitoring.

• Build new customer base and grow business volume in export markets.

• Drive lean manufacturing principles, environmental compliance, and efficient utility management including water recycling and chemical management.

• Any other responsibilities given by company management
