Experience:

• 12 to 20 years

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
• Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting

• CA / CMA / CPA

• 12 to 20 years

• Age 40 to 50 years

• Progressive experience in financial accounting, consolidation, and audit, preferably in garments/textiles/manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and company law.

• Proficiency in ERP/Accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Logic or similar).

• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

• Good command on MS package & excellent skill in excel.

• Supervise group-wide accounting operations and financial closing processes.

• Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in line with IFRS/BAS.

• Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, inventory, fixed asset and project accounting.

• Manage statutory audits, internal controls, and regulatory/tax compliance.

• Support the CFO in budgeting, financial analysis, and policy formulation.

• Implement accounting systems, automation and process improvements across units.

• Develop, train, and mentor accounting and finance teams across head office and factories.
