Additional Requirements:
- Age 40 to 50 years
Progressive experience in financial accounting, consolidation, and audit, preferably in garments/textiles/manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of IFRS, taxation, and company law.
Proficiency in ERP/Accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, Logic or similar).
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Good command on MS package & excellent skill in excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise group-wide accounting operations and financial closing processes.
Ensure accurate preparation of financial statements in line with IFRS/BAS.
Oversee general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, inventory, fixed asset and project accounting.
Manage statutory audits, internal controls, and regulatory/tax compliance.
Support the CFO in budgeting, financial analysis, and policy formulation.
Implement accounting systems, automation and process improvements across units.
Develop, train, and mentor accounting and finance teams across head office and factories.
