  • At least 5 years experience in similar position.    
  • Vast knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 and amendment act -2018, Labor law rules-2015 and amendment rules-2022 is must.  
  • Should have vast knowledge in Accord, Alliance, Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, Higg, Index, OCS, RCS, BCI, FSC, OEKO-TEX & Others.     
  • Vast knowledge in Computer is a must and able to correspond via e-mail.
  •  Able to work under pressure.·        
  • Sincere, Honest & Accountable to the job


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Responsible for HR, Admin & Compliance related jobs in the Group Factories.
  • Ensuring HR issues - plan, development, recruitment, training, maintenance and work as a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.      
  • Develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are compiled by all supervisors and employees.
  • Engaging in performance management, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, training & development.·        
  • Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other business operations·
  • To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per different renowned buyer COC & legal standards.
  • Conducting job analysis and job evaluations of employee.·        
  • Create Departmental KPI.
  • Conducting employee joining formalities; preparing documents for approval of selected employees·        
  • Standardize disciplinary action process.·        
  • Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified.·  
  • Conduct interviews and selection process.·        
  • Reduce employee turnover rate.·        
  • Preparing appointment letter & offer letter of respective employees.·        
  • Ensuring that all employees' records remain up to date with legal aspects being complied.·        
  • Reduce Office Cost.·        
  • Providing advice and counsel employee for motivation.·        
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & administrative systems and practices.·        
  • Create an environment of continuous improvement using Total productive maintenance methodology.·        
  • Updating and maintaining HRIS database, prepare the new employee file of each employee of respective department.·        
  • Develop and update the organization structure as per labor law.·        
  • Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.·        
  • Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.·        
  • Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the top management from time to time.
