- At least 5 years experience in similar position.
- Vast knowledge on Bangladesh Labor Act-2006 and amendment act -2018, Labor law rules-2015 and amendment rules-2022 is must.
- Should have vast knowledge in Accord, Alliance, Amfori BSCI, SEDEX, Higg, Index, OCS, RCS, BCI, FSC, OEKO-TEX & Others.
- Vast knowledge in Computer is a must and able to correspond via e-mail.
- Able to work under pressure.·

Responsibilities & Context: - Responsible for HR, Admin & Compliance related jobs in the Group Factories.
- Ensuring HR issues - plan, development, recruitment, training, maintenance and work as a team which also includes policies & procedures, disciplinary action etc.
- Develop HR policies and guidelines, and ensure that they are compiled by all supervisors and employees.
- Engaging in performance management, rewards & recognition, promotion and increment, training & development.·
- Ensuring the smooth and adequate flow of information within the organization to facilitate other business operations·
- To ensure & implement factory compliance requirements as per different renowned buyer COC & legal standards.
- Conducting job analysis and job evaluations of employee.·
- Create Departmental KPI.
- Conducting employee joining formalities; preparing documents for approval of selected employees·
- Standardize disciplinary action process.·
- Analyze manpower requisition and recruit when justified.·
- Conduct interviews and selection process.·
- Reduce employee turnover rate.·
- Preparing appointment letter & offer letter of respective employees.·
- Ensuring that all employees' records remain up to date with legal aspects being complied.·
- Reduce Office Cost.·
- Providing advice and counsel employee for motivation.·
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR & administrative systems and practices.·
- Create an environment of continuous improvement using Total productive maintenance methodology.·
- Updating and maintaining HRIS database, prepare the new employee file of each employee of respective department.·
- Develop and update the organization structure as per labor law.·
- Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.·
- Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.·
- Carry out any other jobs as assigned by the top management from time to time.
