Receive vehicles and interact with customers to understand reported issues.
Provide accurate cost and time estimates for repairs and services.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
Coordinate with workshop technicians to assign tasks and ensure timely service delivery.
Schedule customer service appointments and follow up as needed.
Handle billing procedures and prepare service reports.
