Job Context:
The CFO will be a key executive leadership position, responsible for overseeing the overall financial activities of the company. This includes financial planning, strategy formulation, accounting, costing, reporting, treasury, risk management, fund management and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. The CFO will play a crucial role in driving the company`s financial strategy and supporting its continued growth and success.
Overview of Responsibilities:
Expertise in financial analysis, risk management, and corporate finance.
Financial strategies development & implementation.
Assess and manage the Group`s investment portfolio, ensuring high returns while mitigating risks.
Evaluate and secure funding options for business expansion and capital projects.
Communicate and develop relationships with Banks, NBR and financial stakeholders.
Develop and manage the company’s Income Tax & VAT strategy to ensure it aligns with business goals and complies with local laws.
Formulation of long-term business strategy, investment appraisal & analysis.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and result oriented work.
Develop and execute the Group’s financial Policy in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.
Cash flow and treasury controls, loan payment, and minimizing fund cost.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes across the Group.
Product Costing and cost control through cost management.
Ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial reporting to stakeholders.
Implement and uphold strong governance practices within financial operations.
Maintain Financial Sustainability among the company.
Perform Special tasks, as assigned by the Management.
